17.01.2022 Warrie Circuit Day Hike Springbrook. We had the perfect day today hiking 17k on the Warrie Circuit. A great bunch of ladies enjoying the beautiful rainforest. We even celebrated a special birthday for Julie. Thank you everyone and hope to see you again soon.

16.01.2022 That’s a wrap! Three treks to the gorgeous Scenic Rim in one week. We started last Sunday and our third group says good bye to Canopy today. Challenging trekking, delicious food, hot tub relaxing and peaceful yoga.

16.01.2022 Our 6-8am group out exploring little used tracks and our 7-9am group getting in a good balance workout on the mountain. Great to see so many wonderful women starting their Saturday with some fresh air and fabulous company.
