19.01.2022 Hi everyone, don't forget to register for this season which starts on May 1st at Sankey Reserve. The Auskick packs will take a few weeks be delivered so please keep that in mind when registering. As we are a fully volunteer run activity we need parents or carers to help coach, organise and set up each week during the program. We ideally like to keep the groups small so the kids are kept involved and not standing at the end of a line during drills. This is only possible if we have plenty of coaches to help out. Being a coach couldn't be easier and doesn't require any skill or prior understanding of football. If you could help out in anyway possible please let me know so we can get our team together and give you some basic training. Cheers Lee 0418 826 266

At this stage we still working with a confirmed date for Auskick Return to Play within Victoria. 14.01.2022 Kids/Parents of Gisborne Auskick, The decision to go ahead with the 2020 Auskick season has been made. It is with regret that we wish to inform you that Auskick for 2020 will not go ahead due to the current COVID 19 pandemic. This decision was not an easy one to make, but we need to be mindful of the community health and the restrictions that will be enforced on the volunteers to run a season is too large to handle.... Details regarding refunds for participants who have already paid will be received by the AFL Auskick team soon. You also have an option to transfer to a centre that is open this year if you wish. We look forward to seeing you all in 2021.

02.01.2022 Hello everyone, as some of you may be aware, the AFL has released a return to play date for Auskick from the 13th July. Each centre has bene asked to indicate wether they would like to commence Auskick in 2020 without yet knowing what guidelines and protocols are expected to be met as yet. We believe that no restrictions will apply to the amount of kids participating on the oval but are still unsure on volunteer participation and Covid 19 protocols at this stage. As we know ...things are changing on a daily basis and this makes it very difficult to assess if we are capable of meeting the requirements the AFL put on us. We thought we could start by trying to get an idea of how many kids are keen to participate at this stage and if it will be worth going ahead with. Im sure plenty of parents maybe reluctant to have their kids participating with everything going on. If you were thinking of participating this season could you indicate via facebook or email ([email protected]) if you would be keen for us to start Auskick for 2020.
