12.01.2022 Practicing some of the visual processing exercises we learned through Interactive Metronome. Tapping on the beat and saying either the word of the color or the actual color of the paper. This requires you to ignore the unnecessary information and focus on the required visual input. Just another way we are keeping the sessions in the office engaging and changing.
