16.01.2022 Hi guys, it's been a very busy couple of weeks!! But I finally have something to show you guys. First... This gorgeous little ballerina cake was a mix of sweet strawberry milkshake and smooth vanilla sponge. The infill was vanilla buttercream and homemade raspberry jam. This cake has been topped with a pair of little handmade ballet shoes on a piped buttercream cushion.... This cake is a mixture of indulgence & cuteness By the look on her face it was well worth the efforts I made this to serve 12-15. 12.01.2022 Say hello to this rather decadent chocolate and caramel mud cake. 2 tiers of thick, yummy chocolate mud cake, with a chocolate fudge centre. Coated in gooey caramel and topped with salted caramel chocolate slabs and other chocolatey goodnesses. This cake was a birthday order made to 12-15.... 06.01.2022 My first fire truck Layers of sponge with a buttercream filling and vanilla fondant. This cake was made to serve 60 and it weighed so much I needed help to carry it ... This was a retirement cake for a great man retiring from the QLD fire services. He celebrated in style with friends, colleagues and family. Loved making this. We at Darling Mills Bakehouse are endevouring to raise a collection for Indies family by selling these gorgeous cupcakes made by our very own patisserie team.
