11.01.2022 So many changes have happened recently at GJA Plumbing. We said goodbye to our plumber Dan and our office manager Roxi as they are off on their new adventure in Toowoomba. We have welcomed Courtney as our new office manager, Nathan as our new qualified plumber and Wilbur as our labourer. Our apprentice Callum has recently finished his apprenticeship and now qualified. Our other apprentice Zack is about to undertake his last year in his apprenticeship! With so many changes occurring, the standard of the work we provide hasn't changed! 07.01.2022 Oh man, these look SO delicious - cue tummies rumbling! SLOW COOKED BACON CHEESE POTATOES *Can be cooked in the oven - 200c for an hour, covered.... Ingredients 200g bacon, diced 2 medium onions, thinly sliced 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced 225g cheddar cheese, thinly sliced salt and pepper butter Spring Onions (optional) Instructions 1. Line slow cooker with tinfoil, leaving enough to cover the potatoes when finished. 2. Layer half each of the bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. Season to taste and dot with butter. 3. Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. Dot with butter. 4. Cover with remaining foil. 5.
