25.01.2022 These are multiplying!

23.01.2022 Installed a Trig TY96a into this nice little C152 last week to complement the TT31 transponder. Its a great little radio, with dual monitor, and a playback feature which repeats the last received transmission. Great for when the circuit gets busy, or repeat a clearance. I'm a Trig dealer, and can get you great pricing on these, and all the Trig range. This 152 is for sale with good TSO's and long range tanks.

20.01.2022 Helping out the lads from Aircraft Maintenance Australia do an onsite 100 hourly on one of the Atherton ag machines. This Thrush is busy taking care of the Army Worm outbreak and was back out working late that afternoon. Doing what we can to keep this essential service flying

20.01.2022 Just about finished this Dynon SkyView installation into a Cessna 210. This gear is now approved for installation into certified aircraft. I have a couple more aircraft lined up for this treatment. Price is unbeatable for the functionality of this system. Includes autopilot, engine management system, WiFi capability, battery backup on all screens, ADSB in and out, and interfacing with existing gps/nav systems. The instrument panels have been CNC cut, and laser etched. Call me to find out more

19.01.2022 Out in the big blue hangar today. The weather has turned awesome on the tablelands

19.01.2022 Finally, after a lot of work writing manuals and developing procedures, I got my C of A. I was surprised and really appreciative of the amount of support that I received from CASA. Onwards and upwards

17.01.2022 Social isolation is nothing new to an avionics tech Seriously though, look after those around you. If you can't be part of the solution, please don't be part of the problem! Stay safe, and WASH YOUR HANDS!

17.01.2022 UPDATE: I've been refused entry into WA. Things have toughened right up with border closures. Returning home when I can get a flight. See you all back on the tablelands next week

16.01.2022 I'm off to Western Australia tomorrow the 15th, and returning on the 7th August. Thank you to all my valued customers for your understanding. I'll be back raring to go, and get stuck in to a couple of big avionics upgrades on my return. Any queries, I'll still be available by phone, and I have a solid network of people locally that can sort you out if you are in a jam Cheers!

11.01.2022 Busy day again, luckily with some lovely tablelands winter weather to keep things cool

06.01.2022 Took my employee of the month out to Georgetown in the Cherokee, to fix a flap problem on a 182P. Perfect day for flying, typical FNQ winters day.
