06.01.2022 I am asked all the time- ‘How much hair should fall out?’ ‘Am I losing too much??’ ‘Am I going bald???’ ... Everyone is going to lose a different amount of hair and some will lose more than others, but you want to lose some. It’s the natural process. We do not brush our hair as much as we should because we are all so busy and this can contribute to the amount we see fall out during a wash because it hasn’t been brushed out during the week. The only time worry should be had is if a massive clump comes out from one spot. This is the hair from my drain after washing my hair. I had cleaned it out prior and I have put the hair next to a bobby pin to indicate and idea of the size. Stress less about the hair coming out, and look after the hair that’s still there. Because there is nothing to be worried about
