25.01.2022 Hi all! It is with great sadness that we have to suspend all Kids and Adult training lessons, effective immediately due to COVID-19. This came as a result of consultation with Kancho Gary after the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday that in addition to banning gatherings of 100 people or more, venues will now be limited to four square metres per person in an enclosed space.... We know that the suspension of our classes will disappoint and upset everyone. This is just one small way that will help to bring COVID-19 under control. 15.01.2022 Training Update The COVID-19 virus is a significant health issue that will effect us all in time, either directly or indirectly. The Golden Knights will continue to train as usual for the moment but we will be changing some of our activities in the short term. ... We will not be practicing close contact activities such as wrestling, yuksus, judo and some games. Kancho Gary is monitoring government information very carefully and will act upon all official advice. If that means suspending classes he will issue that instruction immediately. In the meantime, please continue to come along and train. Staying fit and strong helps keep everyone healthier. 07.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!!!! Stephen Marshall has said as of today, Monday 25th of May, that Gyms can resume activity next week, Monday 1st of June!!! 06.01.2022 Hi all! Just a update as to when class is returning this year! Due to repairs in the hall, Kids class will be postponed to start on the 22nd of January as the weather is predicted to be above 35 degrees and too warm to train outside! As for adults class, we will be returning on time, 17th of January as the weather is meant to improve. Please wear appropriate shoes to train outside and bring plenty of water!!...
