25.01.2022 Finishing off with a speed drill for the up and comming tournament! We where focusing on our speed and accuracy with a lunge reverse combination. I had a blast and I would love to hear what you guys thought of the class!!!

18.01.2022 Good Morning Region 10. As you may have heard as of 5 pm today, Greater Brisbane will go into a three-day lock down. This includes the Ipswich, Logan, Redlands,... Moreton and Greater Brisbane areas. Unfortunately our classes have all been cancelled until Thursday 5pm. All going well Thursday classes will be up and running. We will make further adjustments as the QLD State government reviews the lock downs on Wednesday and we will keep you posted. Please stay safe so we can get on top of this and get back to training (and normal lives). See more

15.01.2022 Hey guys, just a quick update we are having our onesie/ pajama party class on the 12th of June so don't forget your onesies or your PJs, it's going to be a great class! Also for tomorrow nights class we will training like legends (as always) and getting ready for the upcoming greading and tournament. Can't wait to see you at class! These are the classes that are fully operating... from Monday 20th of July !!. Hopefully the reamining few dojos will be open by the end of next week. Stay tuned as it happens. 01.01.2022 Good Morning, As we may all know we have woken up to a new announcement of Lockdowns for the greater Brisbane area from 6pm tonight. All classes cancelled today..., Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Hopefully this is short lived and we get back to normal. As more information comes to hand we will keep you updated.
