22.01.2022 So excited to get back to training again! Don't forget we will need to make sure we all check in at the dojo by using the QR code. You'll need to download/open the COVID-SAfe Check In feature through the mySA gov app. Scan the QR code - or open your phone's camera to scan it and enter your details into the website. ... For those that don't have a phone with a working camera, I'll have paper check in forms you can put your details on instead. Of course, once we've all done that, I'll scan everyone's training pass QR codes too. We'll all be pro's at this scanning thing in no time

20.01.2022 Beach Class The 2020 Beach Class is this Sunday! Due to the upheaval to our classes over the last few ...weeks we're extending the deadline for forms to be returned to SATURDAY! They can be dropped to any class up to December 19th. The forecast looks excellent so don't miss the beach and BBQ send off to 2020! See more

18.01.2022 Congratulations to those that achieved their next level last night at R23's combined instructor & black belt grading. It was a tough night but awesome effort by all!

14.01.2022 Thanks to every one of you for being so understanding and flexible as we navigated our way through all the changes and uncertainty this year. And what a year it's been! Restrictions and lockdowns! No kiai, standing bow in's. Zoom classes! New dojos and different class times! Just a reminder that we are now on holidays until the new year. Classes will resume with Sensei Chris and Sensei Jess from Monday 4th January at Aldinga Community Centre. ... And on Thursday 7th January with Sensei Karen at Aldinga Rec Centre. Senior training is also open to everyone Tuesday and Thursday nights during the school holidays from 12th January. Speak to sensei to get all the details. Come & train with the blackbelts and instructors. Thanks again everyone! Here’s to much better times ahead for us all! Wishing you all a very happy Christmas and a safe and healthy 2021. 10.01.2022 First class of 2021 at Aldinga! Tonight we had a bootcamp style karate class to work off the holidays and get our bodies in shape for the new year! Was fantastic to see students getting back into the spirit of karate and giving it their all!
