13.01.2022 Awesome class tonight. Full circuit class then finishing off with kata. You students are truely inspiring. I would like to take this last opportunity to give my sincere thanks to each and every one of you. You have made Andrews Farm a family class. Seeing each of your smiles as you have progressed have made me so very happy to be a part of your journey. With a tear in my eye it is now time to hand the class over to our new instructor Sensei Emily. I’m sure you will have an awesome and fantastic time with her. Lastly, a huge thank you to everyone that has helped during my time here. All of the instructors and sempi’s, and not to forget my secretary Charne. Keep practicing and see you all again.

11.01.2022 Awesome and fantastic class tonight! Working through our fundamentals, moving onto combos with Sensei Andy and then splitting off into groups for Kata. Yellow and White belts with Sensei Emma-Leigh and Orange and above with Sensei Andy. Remember, next class is our final class before grading. Make sure you come along for extra training before then!

10.01.2022 Well done everyone today! Excellent work in fundamentals at the beginning of class, then splitting off into two groups. Yellow and white belts off with Sensei Emma-Leigh to work on stances and understanding basics. Orange and above with Sensei Andy to work on advanced strikes and Kata. A big THANK YOU to the blue and red belts who came out the front to help demonstrate fundamentals. You'll see a lot more of them out the front in the upcoming weeks! REMINDER! make sure to bring your mind and pads to every lesson as we will be focusing on kumit for the up coming tournament.

06.01.2022 Awesome weather for training. Restricted space made things a bout harder, but everyone was awesome. Fundamentals followed by a split with white belts working with sempi’s sns coloured smashing kicks then kata. Keep practicing and see you all next week.

01.01.2022 Small class tonight working through grading style class. Lots of good focus and effort on a very sticky night. Good luck to everyone attempting grading on Sunday. Lastly, I broke the sad news that I have made the very difficult decisions step down as an instructor. I will be finishing up at the end of the month. I would like to thank everyone that has been a part of Andrews Farm as you have all made it a fantastic place to train. I will still be around, and look forward to seeing through our journeys.
