23.01.2022 Some awesome and fantastic karate ka tonight. We worked on basics, combinations, stances and finished off with kata. Congratulations to Ryan grading to 9th Kyu tonight. 14.01.2022 Wow we had such awesome fun tonight. We started of with warm up jogging across the jojo then doing sit ups, star jumps, Russian twists and squats according to the number said and finishing with sit ups with a partner. From there we went through basics blocks, strikes and front and back kick.... The kick bags were then used for front and back kicks and while waiting we had Sempai Tanika waiting with the mits for punching. We finished off the night with kata. A great effort by everyone tonight. Awards going to Emma and Mason. Don't forget its dojo kun award next week. Have a good weekend and see you all then.

14.01.2022 Some great karate ka tonight everyone had lots of focus. We started off with basic blocks and strikes then onto combinations coming through in stance. After break we recited the dojo kun together finishing off the rest of the night with kata and some kick bag and mit work. Awards going to Oscar and Hunter. 10.01.2022 Happy New Year Welcome back every one. Tonight we started off without access to the dojo so we trained on the oval and hoped the sprinkler system didn't come on.... We started off with circle work and went through blocks and strikes then broke off into 2 groups. White belts went through basics with Sensei Jason and Sempai Tanika and yellow belts and above worked on advanced techniques with Sensei Donna. We finished the night off with basics coming forward in stance. Welcome to Mickayla, Loki and Travis. Hopefully we will be back in the dojo next week. Please wear sneakers just in case we don't have access.
