17.01.2022 Hi guys, here is some excellent advice on performing kata to the best of your ability. As you progress through to the higher grades your skills level up, but so do those of your competitors. People start to train and prepare specifically for competition and if you don’t keep up you probably won’t win. Here’s some great tips to help you. Thanks Solomon Adams and Cat (had to share this!)

09.01.2022 On behalf of all the instructors of Region 4, it is my absolute pleasure to congratulate our very own Sensei Jan Lopez who graded to the awesome grade of Godan... (5th Dan) at the Black Belt Camp today! Sensei has joined a very exclusive group today as this is a grade rarely achieved in any martial art. It takes dedication, commitment and a huge amount of courage and ability! Congrats once again Sensei!

Sensei Alex will be taking the senior grades class at Bardon Ridge tomorrow night and I have been asked to invite all blue belts and above to attend. 01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just a reminder about our Grade Assessment Classes that Sensei Jan runs one Thursday per month at Beverly Hills. These classes are for all students..., blue belt and above and gives you a great opportunity to train with other Black Belt Instructors that you might not normally train with. These classes will be on the following dates: 12th April 10th May 7th June 5th July 16th August 13th September 18th October 15th November We hope to see you at the above classes as part attaining your next grade. Next class is this Thursday evening at 7:30pm.
