17.01.2022 Hey Karate Ka! Last night we had our first training session in our new Full-time Dojo in Narre Warren! It was excellent. See the timetable below. Due to covid restrictions you must book a training session through your awesome instructors, do this by replying to posts such as this. Get in fast, spots are filling quickly!

15.01.2022 Hey Karate Ka! Very excited to be training in our new FTD next week. To ensure everyone's safety in this post-covid time we must be very strict about the number of people training in the dojo at one time. We can only admit 20 people into a class at a time, training over 2 mats - 10 people per mat.... Please check the timetable attached. Please reply to this post the time on Wednesday that you would like to train and we will put your name on the door. It is a case of 1st in best dressed, so get in quick!

06.01.2022 Its Wednesday so that means training tonight! Super dooper good news Berwick, tonight will be our last zoom session!! Starting next week, training in our new Full-time Dojo will commence.
