19.01.2022 It's almost the weekend and the last grading for 2020 is just around the corner! It is important to get as much training in as possible if you are looking to grade and also before the Christmas break. Saturday will be all about stances. Sorry, no throwing Sensei this week as he has to stay uninjured. A reminder that the beach class is on Sunday, December 20 and you will need to preorder a sausage and drink.... 18.01.2022 It's school holiday's, yay! So, at Evan's request there will be games . . . karate games. There will also be kihon (basics), stance work and new stretches to try. All in all should be a fun morning, so make sure you all get along to class this Saturday.

There will therefore be NO class tonight (Monday) with Sensei Steve or Wednesday night Sensei Anne-maree.... There WILL be a class on Saturday (even though it is Easter).
