20.01.2022 Training with GKR during COVID-19 Lockdown. Many of our Region 30 champions are training online. For many karate is an outlet they need right now. Some have even graded during lockdown. So why do people want to train online?... Ø They love the way training makes them feel Ø To improve their kata and get one on one feedback Ø Love training in their gi Ø Training is available to them everyday Ø Can stay at home and exercise for more than an hour Ø They only need a small space to train. Ø Regular online attendance will see them reach their goals sooner Ø Gradings are conducted online for those invited to attend Ø To be fit and ready when classes are back in the dojo Ø Personalised training is available with Sensei Antony Contact Sensei Antony or Sensei Julian for further details, or just log on 5 minutes before the class.
