20.01.2022 Message from Sensei Antony ... Hello everyone. So yes here we go again. Round 2. After Wednesday night's classes there will be no more classes inside dojo’s until we receive permission from the Government and Councils. All Direct Debit payments will be suspended as of today so if yours has been activated, please don’t worry it will be deactivated. We will return to online Zoom classes but this time Zoom classes will be free for all students. That’s correct all of our online classes will be 100% free and you will receive an email regarding this in the next 48 hours. An online timetable will be posted here once it is finalised but the first class will be Monday. If you have any queries or concerns please feel free to contact me personally or via email. 10.01.2022 Training with GKR during COVID-19 Lockdown. Many of our Region 30 champions are training online. For many karate is an outlet they need right now. Some have even graded during lockdown. So why do people want to train online?... Ø They love the way training makes them feel Ø To improve their kata and get one on one feedback Ø Love training in their gi Ø Training is available to them everyday Ø Can stay at home and exercise for more than an hour Ø They only need a small space to train. Ø Regular online attendance will see them reach their goals sooner Ø Gradings are conducted online for those invited to attend Ø To be fit and ready when classes are back in the dojo Ø Personalised training is available with Sensei Antony Contact Sensei Antony or Sensei Julian for further details, or just log on 5 minutes before the class.
