Sensei Mark Case & myself would love to issue the following challenge to all Region 25 Students & Instructors... We currently have 7 classes running over 6 days. If you train twice in the next week you’ll get a bronze medal & certificate If you train between 3-5 times this week you’ll receive a Silver medal & Certificate If you 6-7 times this week you’ll receive a Gold Medal & Certificate Every class counts as a tick towards your next grade. 05.01.2022 Upper Coomera 4.30pm class Final class for 2020 I haven't posted much this year due to social distancing restrictions ... Our final class was a celebration and a reward for all of our achievements this year. So the class structure was game, Kata, game, kumite/peg game, game. Congratulations to everyone who graded yesterday at the December grading! We also had 6 people grade to 9th kyu yellow tip tonight! Congratulations to: *Emmett Khoo *Michelle Smith *Erick Smith *Cooper Smith *Summer Smith *Ivie Smith Also, massive congratulations and well deserved STUDENT of THE YEAR to AMY SUTCH Congratulations to everyone this year. We have worked very hard to achieve what we have this year and have the rewards to show for it. We have trained, we have graded, we have competed, we have become accredited Senseis and Judges and referees. We have also had the pleasure of welcoming many new friends to our family. 03.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Only 3 more sleeps until Shihan Anthony’s Seminar. I’ve been fortunate enough to train with and under Shihan many times over the years and I always look forward to the karate session that he teaches at our Manager’s Conferences.... Over the years there have been Instructors who have left inside me a burning desire to learn and improve after training in their class. Shihan is one of those amazing people. He will motivate every muscle in your body and leave you wanting more and more and more. I know Sunday is Fathers Day but the seminar is on in the evening when dad is probably tuckered out after his big day & will be probably having a nap on the lounge So get excited and get registered for one of the most amazing Zoom sessions you will have ever had.
