24.01.2022 Classes are coming back!! 5 days to go! We are opening the Hendy Street Dojo on the 26th June. Under the current guidelines we can only have 10 students, so book now. Send a text message with your name and the number training to 0424147642.... If you normally watch your student training we ask that for the time being that you drop off your students as spectators count towards the number of students that can train. Booked: 6. Available: 4.

24.01.2022 Hello all, hope we are all well. Just checking in with everyone, remember we have our Zoom classes on and running at the moment. Make sure you have been checking your emails, access to the zoom class and updates are sent out regularly, also check your junk/spam file just in case. If not make sure we have an updated email address. ... Hopefully this will come to an end and we will soon be back into the dojo. But till then, train hard and keep up your training. We can all look forward too and attend the seminar with Shihan Anthony Ryan!!! On the 6th of September. Also we do have a few GKR Masks left, get them while stock lasts!!! But for now I’ll leave some inspiration from Nelson Mandela. Remember never be afraid to try, and if you fail, you can always learn from your mistakes. 23.01.2022 Hi guys, Hope you are all well, just shooting through a message. As you are probably aware the Friday Corio dojo is not back yet. Not to worry though! We should be back soon!!!... Just make sure GKR Karate has your current phone numbers and email address. And please check your emails, as there are emails coming in with information regarding classes and bookings. If they are not in you normal email account check your junk folder. Is they are still not there contact up and update your information. Cheers

10.01.2022 First of all congratulations to all that have graded to their next belt on the weekend!!! It was our first and hopefully our last zoom grading. . . But there is a light at the end of our lockdown tunnel, but we’re are not out just yet, we are on the home stretch. ... Remember we still have our zoom sessions!!! The only way to learn karate is to practice karate!!! Keep safe and train hard!!!
