19.01.2022 Hello all region 7 students, i would just like to Recognise some instructors and students who achieved their blackbelt and higher. After a number of years and loyalty and commitment to the region and the club, lets put our hands together for Aaliyah Frost in reaching her goal of Shodan Ho (blackbelt), Sensei Grace Emptage in Reaching her goal of Shodan (1st dan) and most of all Sensei Kevin Harter in reaching a mile stone Sandan )3rd Dan blackbelt). Well Deserved. I Couldn't be more prouder of the hard work you have all put in.

13.01.2022 Hello everyone, A reminder of our upcoming tournament this Sunday 2nd of May. Please get your entries to your Sensei this week, has to be in before Thursday, any issues please contact Sensei Peter.
10.01.2022 Hello everyone, for those who are training tonight at Cranbourne West Prime, if you competed in the tournament on the weekend and received a medal, please bring them to class.
04.01.2022 Thank you to all the students (and the parents for bringing their kids) who trained on the last 2 Tuesday nights over the school holidays, your commitment to your training is amazing. Those who were there on Easter Tuesday’s would have enjoyed the Easter eggs that were handed out, they were ‘eggcellent’ DaryLee eggs and I hope you enjoyed them. Thank you to Sensei Antony Pearce and Sensei Steve Williams for your assistance in the classes and also thank you to Sensei Peter Ree...ve for your help as well. The Cranbourne West Prime dojo is a fantastic training venue being matted and I think this has enhanced our training experience, I personally enjoy both training and teaching there. We have exciting times ahead as we head back to school with the up coming tournament on the 2nd of May, we will have kata and Kumite, pick up your entry form from your Sensei. See you all next week.
