20.01.2022 It was back to basics tonight at Eagleby. Our practice was slow to check how we were doing. Then medium to get some flow in our karate. Lastly hard and fast to develop power and speed for our techniques. But I think these karate-ka think they’re in an episode of Benny Hill show.

16.01.2022 It was combination time tonight at Eagleby. When then had some kicking practice to finish our evenings training. There will be some colour change in some of our karate ka next week after the grading on Sunday.

10.01.2022 Everyone at Eagleby tonight worked real hard on combos and kicks then how to protect yourself and get up off the ground whilst being attacked. Congratulations to Alecia & Kye Schwarz, Rachael Ris & Ryan Maelzer who all graded to 9th kyu yellow tip on their way to black belt.

10.01.2022 We all practiced lots of combos today then worked on our grade kata and finished with a little self defence training. Congratulations to Doug Pearman who graded to 9th kyu Yellow tip.

10.01.2022 So tonight was a silent lesson the way that they used to in old Okinawa times. Everyone was so focused that their karate was really impressive.

09.01.2022 So Sensei Clinton kept everyone on their toes tonight at training. Lots of kick work for the higher grades and punch block combos for the lower grades. Congratulations to Caleb Hogan who graded to 9th kyu yellow tip and Zac Pearman who graded to 7th kyu Ho orange tip. Sharon Revell will be next weeks Junior Sempia. Lastly Mia just wanted to have her pic with mum, dad & little brother Jax.

09.01.2022 It was so good to be back in the dojo tonight training with some really enthusiastic karate-ka as well as sharing our training with our online students too. Great work everyone.

09.01.2022 Great class tonight with Sensei Clinton and Sensei John. Everyone pushed themselves to show what they can do.

07.01.2022 We all worked hard at training tonight with karate circuit training then focused on kata for the rest of the night. Well done to Lou-Anne Hogan who graded to 9th kyu yellow tip. Everyone seemed to have a spring in their step tonight as well.

06.01.2022 Well today we had our first karate class with Sensei Kath. We had both regulars and some new students join us. We hope to see others join us next week.

06.01.2022 Great night at Eagleby class basic night for white belts and kumite drills, kumite and kata for yellow belts and above. Congratulations Isla, Keira, Rajunior and Dephenie for achieving yellow tip one step closer to there first colour belt yellow belt.

03.01.2022 Well it was kata practice time at Eagleby tonight grade kata and a walk through of our next kata. It was great to see the new coloured belts after Sundays grading. Congratulations to Kevin Deng who graded to 9th kyu yellow tip as well.

03.01.2022 So now we are getting closer to summer we all need to practice just that little bit harder to get fitter and stronger for summertime. We are all very Zen and ready for anything.

02.01.2022 Well heading into grading this weekend we started the class with kata practice then stances and kicks to keep our legs warmed up. Great to see our new 9th kyu Mana and new 7th kyu ho recipients Horatio and Annakii James. Well done everyone.
