11.01.2022 Great work tonight and some very well deserved awards tonight! Chinenye Achusiogu worked hard and challenged herself to earn her 9th Kyu grading. Trizan Gurung proved he was no slouching tiger- receiving the Student of The Night award!

10.01.2022 Bling, bling was in the house! A massive effort by our students who did well to walk away with hard earned medals at the Regional Tournament this weekend. Well done to Leah got silver for kata and bronze for kumite, Eloise got silver for kata and Anthony got silver for kata and silver for kumite.
