24.01.2022 Tuesday 16/2/2021 We started with shoulder taps and knee taps as part of our warm up. Then moved on to Grade Kata for half the class and the rest of the time on Kumite (and Kumite Drills for white belts) See you all next week

Sensei Mark McConnell and our instructor team are coming together to deliver this class.... This class is being run to help out one of our Awesome Karate Mums who is very unwell and facing a challenging battle ahead and 100% of monies raised is going to help her in this difficult times. 18.01.2022 Awesome night at Elanora dojo we worked our butts off in the heat we are missing a few students atm due to being really sick. We worked on the kick shields our Karate stances and we broke into groups to do Kata and Kumite and finished the night of with circle of death. 18.01.2022 Tuesday 20/4/21 We ran through all punches and strikes including advanced level. Then grade kata and showing kata to the class. Awesome turn out, kata is looking great everyone, huge improvements

17.01.2022 Tuesday 23/2/21 Tonight we started with jumping 1st kata on the spot and a fun reflex ball-warm up with Sensei Shane. Next we worked on first kata as a group, focussing first on sharp strikes and blocks, then focussing on good long stance. Finally -lower grades went through forward and backwards combinations and a few kicks, -higher grades went through advance stances and combinations. Everyone worked really hard and learnt a lot. See you all next week

17.01.2022 What an awesome class!!!! We worked on grading formats today in preparation for Sundays grading. Everyone was really focus and worked hard all lesson. 15.01.2022 With the hall lined with chairs, we used the spaces between them as corridors and did chariot belt drills in pairs. Next. lower grades worked on basics while the higher grades did some combinations, then back together for kata. 13.01.2022 We celebrated my 50th Birthday tonight. As a group we started with stances, then worked through combinations picked out of a bag as the white belts went through some basics with Sensei Shane. Balloon punching, blocking and kicking and birthday punches into a kick shield for kids. Kata for adults to finish the session. Thank you Sensei Kate for helping us out tonight. 09.01.2022 Tuesday 16.03.2021 Gladiator belt races in stances. Lower grades went through some punches, blocks and kicks then worked on kata. Higher grades worked on foot shaping then kicking into kick shields. Finally we came back together for a cup balancing game in stances with Sensei Shane.

03.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Only 3 more sleeps until Shihan Anthony’s Seminar. I’ve been fortunate enough to train with and under Shihan many times over the years and I always look forward to the karate session that he teaches at our Manager’s Conferences.... Over the years there have been Instructors who have left inside me a burning desire to learn and improve after training in their class. Shihan is one of those amazing people. He will motivate every muscle in your body and leave you wanting more and more and more. I know Sunday is Fathers Day but the seminar is on in the evening when dad is probably tuckered out after his big day & will be probably having a nap on the lounge So get excited and get registered for one of the most amazing Zoom sessions you will have ever had.
