20.01.2022 Awesome and fantastic class tonight. We worked on basics and a combination using the kick shield, focus mits and soft bat. Finishing with some front kicks. Great work by Angus on reaching 9th Kyu. Well done to Ryan and Kristen on beginning there karate ka journey.

19.01.2022 URGENT ATTENTION! Due to the large number of students grading on this Sunday, 13th September 2020, we will have to split the grading into 2 sessions. The first ...session (check in at 10.30am) will be as usual from 11.00am - 12.30pm for White belts to Yellow belts only. Second session (check in at 12.30pm) will be from 1.00pm for Yellows belt and above. We will impose a "One parent allow in for each family rule" in order to comply with the current Covid-Safe Plan requirement on social distancing imposed by the State government. 03.01.2022 Awesome class tonight. We ran a tournament class and everyone did a fantastic job. We worked on Kata and kumite and had a lot of fun.

02.01.2022 With class starting on Friday 5th June, we have some guidelines we must follow. We will be allowed to have a maximum of 18 students training each week. We will be asking all students wishing to train to please register by posting your names below If you are attending. First in first train. Please make sure you do turn up if you register as it will mean others may miss out. Parents not training will be asked to wait outside, social distancing must be maintained inside and outside the dojo. I look forward to seeing you all back next week.
