06.01.2022 Hi guys. Just a couple of lines to thank all those who helped to move all the gear in our dojo last Wednesday. It was a big job and couldn’t have been done without you. . We have to put it all back on Monday morning from 11am onwards and I’d like to ask any of you who could help( even for a short while) please turn up . We appreciate all the help you guys give. 05.01.2022 Kata and kumite class tonight working on two of our goju kata tonight! And kumite was focus on guard up, legs engaged and working together! Stacne and elbows was a big feedback point! 01.01.2022 Hi guys, Congratulations to all who competed at yesterday’s tournament, win lose or draw. The standard was fantastic and I think everyone enjoyed it immensely. The tournament went off without any drama and that goes down to great organisation. We all did our bit on the day but the massive amount of work that Sensei Cheryl had put in was the key to our success. Well done Cheryl. Time to start training for the next one .
