02.01.2022 From one angle, everyone is focused, and in the zone... from another angle, they're working on improving their next moves. .... .... what you dont see is them thinking "Oh Oh, Sensei is watching, don't mess up, do this part correct..." The thing is Sensei is always watching and its just sometimes youre made aware of it. Awesome work everyone. Keep focussing on your next goal and keep on going all the time

01.01.2022 Guess what we were up to this time last year. Im sure they are still buzzing from the experience. Strong for their training and experience. Brave for facing the unknown and trying something new. Humble as they acknowledge and help all others, their journeys and recognise no two paths are the same. ... And of course, super keen to do it all again!
