16.01.2022 I have just been informed that due to a school activity being held in the auditorium this Friday 18 September, the auditorium will be unavailable for Thursday evening. Class will be moved to the Green Gym area off Hennessey St.

15.01.2022 Hey guys, hopefully many of you will have just recieved an email with details about the current future of GKR. Here are some of the main points: -As of Monday 23rd of March, all direct debits have been temporarily suspended. -Step by step instructional videos for every GKR kata are now available for purchase in the GKR shop.... -Online dojo is now live! For $7.95 a week every member of your household will have access to premium training content from top instructors. These are exciting and innovative developments in karate teaching, and will hopefully keep us all fit during this break! Please check out your emails for more details, such as price and where to access these new tools for karate learning.

13.01.2022 Hey guys! Hope your keeping fit! I just did the first two reaction exercise videos on the online dojo and it was super fun! It's very interactional and accessible for all grade levels.
