25.01.2022 Message from Sensei Antony ... Hello everyone. So yes here we go again. Round 2. After Wednesday night's classes there will be no more classes inside dojo’s until we receive permission from the Government and Councils. All Direct Debit payments will be suspended as of today so if yours has been activated, please don’t worry it will be deactivated.... We will return to online Zoom classes but this time Zoom classes will be free for all students. That’s correct all of our online classes will be 100% free and you will receive an email regarding this in the next 48 hours. An online timetable will be posted here once it is finalised but the first class will be Monday. If you have any queries or concerns please feel free to contact me personally or via email. 23.01.2022 Hello all Region 30 champions. We are about to begin our stocktake so there will be no orders of uniforms, protective equipment etc for a couple of weeks. This Friday 1st June 2018 is the cut off with no orders being processed until the 19th June. 10.01.2022 Last week we had a special visitor from Japan. Cameron and his family were hosting an exchange student Haruto's stay in Australia for the past week. It was an absolute pleasure having him train with us at Hastings. Haruto learnt a bit of GKR Karate, we learnt more about the Japanese language. We are told Haruto really enjoyed his training experience.

So why do people want to train online?... Ø They love the way training makes them feel Ø To improve their kata and get one on one feedback Ø Love training in their gi Ø Training is available to them everyday Ø Can stay at home and exercise for more than an hour Ø They only need a small space to train.
