23.01.2022 Split kids class, focusing on kihon and kata. 2nd class focused on kihon, kicks and kakutso dutchi ending up with kata. Congratulations to those who graded on the weekend. Well done

22.01.2022 50 New spaces just added across Hoxton Park-Narellan. These won't last long with our New Promotion. Family and Friends of current students will get first preference before our these open to the public next week.

20.01.2022 1st class we worked on stances finishing up with punch/kick combination and a game. Congrats to Sevak and Sebika who graded to yellow belt on sunday. 2nd class we worked on kumite techniques with our partner, finishing up with our grade kata. Congrats to Robert and Kyle who graded to yellow belt, Pratik and Benson who graded to red belt and Thomas who graded to brown belt. .

20.01.2022 Great classes tonight. Kids pushed hard through cardio workout and kihon after kata warm up. Thank you sensei Ash for taking the 2nd class through kihon and partner work.Welcome Robert and Kyle to your 1st class, nice work

20.01.2022 Kihon in long fighting stance and kata in 1st class. Class plan #13 for 2nd class and kata with 70 push ups, sit ups and squat. Congrats to Tiffany Chandra our student of the weekhappy birthday .

19.01.2022 Another awesome zoom classwith Aleena & Cooper, Benson &Tiffany, Sky, Phillip, Bhavesh, Riley ,Joshua and Tyler. All basic strikes & blocks, open hand strikes, revisited chu-ge Uke, kakutso-Duchi, and Neko-Ashi Duchi went through our 1st three Katas and learned Kake-Uke and more moves from Bassai-Dai. Not the forget the cardio work in between. All did their best. . Looking forwards to next Monday.

11.01.2022 Today was our first split grading at Ingleburn. Congratulations to all who graded in general, but in particular those who graded from Holsworthy and Wattle grove Dojos. It was fantastic . Archer and kevin graded to yellow, Joshua to orange, William and Annie to green and Phillip to red belts respectively . Excellent work guys .

10.01.2022 A special night tonight at Holsworthy dojo. Very special guests joined us from Hoxton Park dojo. Senseis Barry Gad andYogesh Maharaj and his family. Senseis Aaron Chang and Albert Chang. 1st Class we focused on improving our punch and front kick finishing up with kata. 2nd class we focused on combos and stamina finishing up with kata as well. Special thanks to our sensei, Shaun Kristen, Brandon Rumble and Ulf Garbe. .

05.01.2022 Excellent news. Holsworthy dojo is reopening its doors again on 22nd June. 5.15 to 6pm (5 to 12y) and 6.30 to 7.30 pm (>12y). Only 20 students are allowed per class so Booking is therefore essential. Please show your interest below. Looking forward to training with you in person once again.

02.01.2022 Awesome turnout tonight at Holsworthy dojo with a great turnout of students in the 2 classes. Split classes was the theme for tonight, with class plan 7 and kata for yellow belts and above in 1st class and class plan 13 and kumite for yellow belts and above in 2nd class. Thank you to sensei Ulf helping out with the white belts in 1st class and sensei Ulf an Ruth for helping out with the yellow belts in the 2nd class.
