22.01.2022 Hi everyone, Now that school is back, all classes are back to normal EXCEPT BEVERLY HILLS TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. These will be held at MORRIS IEMMA SPORTS CENTRE... Tuesday class will be back to Beverly Hills on 12 March. Thursday class is permanently at MORRIS IEMMA Riverwood. Thursday seniors class is at Beverly Hills. Please also note that there are new 6pm classes at Canterbury on Friday and Engadine on Wednesday.

21.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just a reminder about our Grade Assessment Classes that Sensei Jan runs one Thursday per month at Beverly Hills. These classes are for all students..., blue belt and above and gives you a great opportunity to train with other Black Belt Instructors that you might not normally train with. These classes will be on the following dates: 12th April 10th May 7th June 5th July 16th August 13th September 18th October 15th November We hope to see you at the above classes as part attaining your next grade. Next class is this Thursday evening at 7:30pm.

20.01.2022 Special Congratulations to Joey for her efforts at last Sunday's State Titles! She graded to 3rd Kyu only 7 days before the tournament which pushed her up a grade division, and she still earned Silver for Kata and another SIlver for Kumite! How awesome is that!!

08.01.2022 Hey Everyone! As announced last night, there will be a combined Regions 3 & 4 Beach Class at Wanda Beach on the 2nd of February (2 Saturdays from now). Like any sort of beach outing day, bring essential supplies you need such as plenty of water, sunscreen, beach towel, Sandals/Thongs, etc (along with your kit as normal). Kick shields and the like will not be required. Ensure you wear adequate swimming attire underneath your Gi before arrival (it will be a good idea to arrive ...in your Gi). You and your Gi (and your Belt) WILL get covered in sand and WILL get wet, so spare clothing to get changed into later will also be a good idea :) There are public shower and bathroom facilities down towards the Surf Life Saving Club. One thing to note, we will be meeting up at Don Lucas Reserve on the corner of Mitchell Rd and Murdock St. Please ignore the Facebook map tag (we won't be in the middle of Sydney Harbour). RSVP is not required, however will be ideal so we can get a good idea of numbers. Otherwise, just turn up! PTF applies as normal.
