05.01.2022 Hi everyone, it was a great class this morning. Thanks to those that attended my first online class. For those students not yet part of the GKR online dojo, you’re missing out on the opportunity of live online classes. I’m posting the challenge that I gave this morning’s class to all region 16 online dojo students.... Create your own kata and demonstrate it at next Sunday’s class. Rules are: (1) It must start with a defensive move (a block or evasive action) (2) Be a minimum of 10 moves/counts (3) Must contain a kiai You can draw inspiration from anywhere, combine a few of your favourite moves from different katas, think of a self defence/bunkai scenario or something you’re working on at home. See you next Sunday 10:30-11:30.
