23.01.2022 Lots of fun tonight...hacky sac targeting drills for strikes and kicks, line drills and kumite! Student of the week is Charmaine!

23.01.2022 OK peeps. Given our dojo is not yet back to face to face classes and this may not happen until term 3, I am going to put it out there. Please look at attending other classes (off the mountain!) because: 1. Health is no. 1. Fitness wards off some illnesses. ... 2. We all need to socialise out of our usual circle. 3. It is hard to develop an exercise habit, leave it, then come back! 3. Some of you are due to grade; you need to be ready and confident, and gradings restart next month. 4. We miss your smiling faces! 5. Why would you not do what you LOVE? Wear your heart on your sleeve and ask a loved one to mind the kids, look after things for a few hours. Any hoo, I think its time.... let's do it. I did, and OMG it was amazing! I feel exhilarated, strong and ready to go to the next level. BTW yes my body hurts but that's progress. The longer you leave it.....
