23.01.2022 Fun class last night, it was filled with kata and kumite. Congratulations to Garrett who was our black belt of the week 2 weeks ago and Alayhem who was out black belt of the week last week. You both trained very well. 07.01.2022 Great class last night, we had a mixture of a night. Sensei Tahlie took the white belts for basics and fun, Sensei Jas and I worked on our double block with higher grades then partnered up and worked on one application of it. We then went through kata and Sensei Jas took some of the students through some tournament training. Congratulations to Joelle for being our black belt of the week last week, you trained awesome last night and Bob for our black belt of the week the wee...k before, well done. Our black belt of the week for next week is Daceo, congratulations, we are lways impressed with how well you train Good luck to everyone who is competing in the tournament tomorrow and don't forget we are open for training on GOOD FRIDAY Have a great weekend
