08.01.2022 Online Dojo / Live Classes With home schooling about to start, the importance of keeping our kids in routines and engaged in psychical activity is essential. Do...ing an online session can count as the 30 minutes exercise the children need to engage in as part of their PE session. For adults, the Online Dojo is a great way to stay active and keep ourselves mentally and psychically fit. If you haven't already take the next step of jumping onto the online dojo. There is now a 3 day free trial period so there is no reason not to give it a go. Also next week we will have live classes starting. These classes will be run by some of our local Sensei's. 06.01.2022 We are excited to announce the relaunch of our National Squad Tournament Team in Victoria. We are encouraging all students with a keen interest in tournaments t...o attend this Open Day on June 2nd. National Squad training is the ultimate training for those that are looking to improve their skills in kata and kumite. This open session will be run by Victorian State team coaches, Zone Instructors and Regional Instructors. There will be many tips given towards improving your karate and we will also give you an overview of this years schedule and plan of attack. The class is open to all students (all ages) that are yellow belt or above. There is no obligation to continue with the monthly squad training after this session but we do encourage you to come along and find out all about it. Hope to see you there :)

01.01.2022 Dear students and parents, We would like to reassure all of our students and their families that we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation ...and will continue to observe the recommended precautions put forward by government health authorities. Whilst these directives are constantly evolving, we can confirm that our regular GKR Karate classes and monthly gradings will continue as normal unless otherwise advised. That said, the wellbeing of the student body is our highest priority and we will be implementing a number of temporary strategies in our dojos for the next 4 weeks to create the safest possible environment for training.
