23.01.2022 What an amazing night at Mt Gravatt East dojo!!! 1st split class and we had 15 eager young karate-ka push themselves in the kids class. Roneth and Rivin both graded to 7th kyu ho. Well done boys! 2nd class we had 30 students. We focused on Kata workshop with Sensei Bill and special guest Sensei Kelly helping out. Angel, Olivia and Josh all gained 7th kyu ho. 23.01.2022 Holidays are here, the night was warm, but EVERYONE wore themselves out tonight. We practised Kata and then kumite skills and footwork exercises and games. Very proud of all students tonight! Well done guys! Enjoy the holidays, see you next week at our Wednesday night class!

18.01.2022 Another awesome class of 30 tonight at Mt Gravatt East! Even with the warmer evening. Combos and katas were on tonight's menu, with all students putting in 110%! We welcomed Laura tonight for her 1st class and our student of the week was Sohail. Well done everyone!

18.01.2022 An awesome turn out tonight with 31 eager karate-ka weathering the storms to train. Mainly basics tonight with some in-depth technique training. Our Jnr student of the week is Dia and Kenan took Snr student of the week. Well done everyone!

15.01.2022 An amazing class of 33 energized karate-ka kicked off with a warm up which led to basics. Lower grades broke off with Sensei Tesna and did a great Kata and combo workout. Higher grades went through 1st, 2nd katas and then began learning Saifa. It must be noted, this was through popular demand from the students Our hard to choose student of the week was Bayan, who put a lot of work in learning new skills. Congrats to those who passed their last gradings, to Sensei Bill for his 1st, 2nds and 3rd at AMAC tournament and to Kenan who won 2 silvers at regionals. This was his first ever tournament.

08.01.2022 Tonight at Mt Gravatt East, we did a big focus on Kata with technical skills and combos for each grade's Kata. We welcomed Eliza tonight, she did an awesome job and enjoyed herself immensely. Our Jnr belt student of the week was Angel and our Snr belt student of the week was Omar. Well done guys, and well done everyone on an awesome class!
