24.01.2022 An update regarding FACE MASKS We are currently watching the evolving Covid-19 situation in Sydney very carefully. At this stage there has been no changes made to current settings or restrictions imposed on community sport. Masks must be worn in our venues before and after class, but not while participating in the class. Spectators will need to wear masks. Please ensure you are bringing your own mask and putting it on prior to entering the Dojo and only taking it off when... the class starts if you are training. If you are a spectator your mask must remain on the whole duration you are in or standing outside the Dojo Please refer to the NSW Health website for official guidance on a daily basis for updates during this time. Thank you for your cooperation, we look forward to seeing you at training Sunday morning DON’T FORGET TO BRING A MASK

04.01.2022 NEWSFLASH - the Northbridge dojo is re-opening from TONIGHT! Yes, the time has finally come for the re-opening of the famous Northbridge dojo! Classes resume from tonight at the usual schedule of 1st class 6-7pm and 2nd class 7-8pm.... This also means the Northbridge Sunday classes will be operating as per normal again from Sun 26th July 2020 with the kata class 9:30-10:30am and 2nd class 10:30-11:30am. No need to pre-book a spot as we can have up to 20 students per class. Training will still follow social distancing guidelines. So, be there or be square :-) We hope to see many of you back in your local dojo again and enjoy some training together again
