20.01.2022 Exciting news we can return to training in the dojo on Monday. 1. NEW TIMETABLE As you will see from the new timetable, we have three dojo's opening on Monday the 15th. Gwandalan, Tuggerah & Gosford FTC.... 2. CLASS FEES It will be a cash only $10 per class. Correct money needs to be taken. 3. BOOKING SYSTEM Because we can only have 10 students per class a booking system will allow students to book classes on a first in best dressed basis. https://bit.ly/GKRKarateRegion15Bookings 4. ZOOM CLASSES Until classes return to normal, we will continue the zoom classes albeit at a reduced frequency.

01.01.2022 Great News... We have a BRAND NEW Dojo opening this Friday in Woy Woy... Classes are back at Erina tonight at 5pm and we have opening dates for all our other Dojo's.... We are BACK :)

01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, After a long break we have been given approval to start training back at the school. We still have some restrictions but class will be able to work around them. Class is still at 6:30pm-8pm, do not turn up too early and don't hang around after class. For the moment we are not allowed to do partner work, sparking or bag work. So we will have to focus on good basics, foot work and kata. I look forward to seeing you all there.... Sensei David See more
