24.01.2022 Todays grading brought nerves, excitement, an overload of concentration and massive achievements. A heap of instructors joined in to train which increased the focus even more.. But what an experience!!! Thanks to all the parents, carers, support persons, and instructors team for making such an experience possible. And of course ... A Huge Congratulations to all those who graded and for everyones achievments. More photos to come

21.01.2022 Classes are currently limited and fill up quickly ..... To ensure a place in class you need to be registered to book your spot with school holidays approaching we are expecting a higher than usual number of people wanting to attend our classes. I will also attach a timetable so you know what classes are currently running

18.01.2022 Some photos of our weekend visit at Cooleman Court. Weston Lots of interactive karate for everyone. Kata demo's, bunkai, kick shield drills and loads of fun. We had kids and adults yelling "LEAVE ME ALONE!" Step back! "GO AWAY" (Bullying NO WAY) for confidence and awareness. .... we even got the securities attention a few times too oops. Big thanks to everyone for making it a fantastic weekend. A special mention to Pat Sensei helping countless of individuals. He was not ...only capable of teaching new beginners in a short amount time,.... he also had them performing techniques almost as good as black belts ! (Where could he have learnt how to do that?) Keep up the good work. See more

11.01.2022 Join us on Friday 12th March for a Black Belt Kata Seminar with Sensei Ashley Fleming and Sensei Jan Lopez. There has been a time change fir the seminar. It will now start at 6.30pm. See the event.

11.01.2022 Tonight we welcomed two very special guests to our region, our Founder Kancho Sullivan and our Zone Director Sensei Ash came to visit our Seniors class tonight! We had over 40 instructors and senior students train with Kancho and Sensei Ash tonight which was fantastic! Thank you both so much for travelling all the way to Region 16 from Sydney we all greatly appreciated your time to help us to expand our karate knowledge!... 08.01.2022 Grading is on tomorrow, it's going to be a smaller than usual grading, so both gradings will start at 1pm. 08.01.2022 A fantastic time was had by all who attended the Kata Super Seminar on Friday night and this morning. Lots of bunkai taught and learnt, a deeper understanding of kata shared and instructors saw improvements across all groups. More photos to come. Thank you to everyone for attending. 06.01.2022 Tonight was a special night in our Seniors class! At Senior classes the region’s Senseis and high grades train their hardest but it’s also the place they grade! Congratulations to Sensei Daniel and Sensei Louise who achieved their next grades! And a special congratulations to Hayden and Jonah who aren’t Senseis but come to Senior class each week and train as hard as black belts to achieve their next grades!
