19.01.2022 Upping the defence and using our elbows strikes as guards. This is great for when you're being overwhelmed with punches and are trying to make your way in close. This is only one small step of what you can do. Using your elbows as guards is one way and they can be used to bring protect your head, especially in close quarter combat. More content to come

08.01.2022 More demonstrations and fun with the noodles. Going from 1 to using 2 noodles stepping up the game. Demonstrations included. These are to teach us defence using our guards and further understanding distance.

06.01.2022 Champions, for the next few Tuesdays we will be focussing on kumite drills (sparring) and bunkai. Bring your gear and make sure you are hydrated. This will be a great opportunity for those who are learning to spar or haven't sparred before. If you don't have gear, please let us know and we can chat about ordering some.
