23.01.2022 Finally getting around to posting some pics from Saturdays class. A great session with our four point warm up to start with, followed by basic blocks, combo's and finally Kata. A big welcome to Kaleb and Rachael on their first class, really great to be part of your Karate journey. Also welcome back to Monica its great to see you again.... 12.01.2022 Hello students and parents, We hope you are wishing your mothers a very happy mothers day this weekend. To say a great big thank you to your mums for bringing you along to classes each week, we are making this week a Bring your mum to training week. If your mum is not already a member with the club, bring your mum to any of our open classes and she can train beside you for FREE! ... This is for classes any day of the week from 10th of May to the 15th of May. Lets get our mums involved

11.01.2022 Dear Parents/Students Your lessons will be resuming as of today at Swan View. There are some interim restrictions, these include:... 20 capacity limit (applying 4 square meter capacity rule); masks to be worn if your are 12 years or older no spectators. We will be bringing back our class booking system. This will allow us to manage the 20 capacity limit. We also ask parents to drop off and pick up their children at the entry/exit to comply with the no spectators restriction. 11.01.2022 Saturdays class started off with a tough warm up followed by some advanced combos and the rest of our time spent on Kata. We were really focused on our red belts looking to grade on Sunday (today ). A huge welcome to Eisha, congratulation on doing so well at your first class. Now for the exciting news that all of our students attempting there grading did pass and looked amazing, a Sensei couldn't be more proud! So a huge congratulations to Troy, Rhenae, Fabs & Sharnae! Y...ou guys just rock! Such a great privilege to see you all perform and do so well. Looking forward to seeing you all next Tuesday & Saturday, S Fred, S Rhonda & S James.
