25.01.2022 Taperoo Tuesday 6.4.21 Awesome & fantastic night of training. Worked on basics, then onto some strategies on self defence. What to do when in a dangerous situation etc. Excellent work by all. See you next week

11.01.2022 Taperoo Tuesday 20.4.21 Let's get the formalities out of the way, congratulations to Sempai Paige for doing her absolute best at tournament on Sunday. Always an experience. Tonight we worked on refining our basics. We split into 2 groups & using the kick shields, we practised some nice, strong punches and kicks. Sempai Paige had the lower grades using their big voices and practised their Kia's. I think they may have even scared Sensei Angel a little. See you all next week.

10.01.2022 Tuesday 12th January 2021. Missed Sensei Angel today but Sensei Gey stepped up & she did an amazing job. Started with warm up & ended with back to basics. Great job everybody. See you next Tuesday.

OUR CLASSES ARE RE-OPENING FROM TUESDAY 1ST DECEMBER IN SOUTH AUSTRAL...IA The majority of our venues have granted us immediate access to their halls and classes will commence straight away in these locations. A small number of schools have indicated a delay in re-opening their hall to community hirers, but we will continue corresponding with these venues and let you know as soon as those classes can open. 07.01.2022 13.04.21 We had some FUN... Well Sensei Angel did at least... hopefully everyone in the class did too! We were missing Sempai Paige last night but managed to soldier on with some tricky combinations that got our brains into gear, then a directional kicking game Congratulations to the 3 lovely ladies who achieved their 9th Kyu gradings (yellow tip)
