25.01.2022 Hi Taylors Hill Karateka, here is the HIIT session I was telling you about. Ran by an awesome fitness coach and is a fantastic initiative by Functional U Melbourne. Check their page out for session details and with school holidays coming up this can add to your core fitness so you a primed for when we get back into the dojo. 18.01.2022 New Timetable for Ravenhall Prime dojo.

18.01.2022 What an absolutely fantastic grading today. This group showcased some awesome karate today which made the Senseis from Taylors Hill dojo and all the other dojos they train in extremely proud. Achieving their yellow belts were Cathy, Tamara, Jayden, Joshua and Daniel (not pictured). Going to orange were Thenul, Kenith and Diyon. Achieving green belts were Joanne, Michaela and Nathaniel. Well deserving of her red belt is Sienna and earning his 1st kyu, which is one away from his black belt, is Jake. Congratulations to all on a fantastic grading.

12.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just want to wish everyone a joyous Easter. I know things are tough with all the limitations but at least you are spending Easter with those that are nearest and dearest to you. Make sure you keep active so you can enjoy more Easter eggs . The chocolate type. Put aside some time each day to do some physical activities. Go for a walk or ride the bike. If you are at home then static exercises or, best of all, practice your katas. Every Tuesday night do one hour o...f exercise, just like if you were in class. 07.01.2022 Hi all, Next Tuesday night class at 6pm with Sensei Tri Lam is a train in the dark class. Don't forget to ask mum and dad to get some glow sticks when they are out shopping.

06.01.2022 Hi all As we are all settling into another round of restrictions I highly encourage everyone to stay active and connected with our Online classes via Zoom. The sessions are now free and available from Monday 13th July for all Region 6 Students.... This is a great opportunity to keep up with your training and to stay connected with our Karate Community. If you haven't done a class before, there is nothing to it. All you need is enough room to punch and kick, water to replace the sweat and click the link below 5 minutes before the class starts. 05.01.2022 Hi Taylors Hill Karate-Ka As you would all be aware, our classes are now closed until further notice. As you would appreciate the club is getting inundated with messages. The easiest thing to do is send an email to [email protected] and someone from the GKR Karate support centre will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime it does not mean you can't keep training. Make yourselves better by practicing your katas and combos. Also keep an eye out for the online training program. Cairnlea from 7 - 8pm( Cairnlea Park P.S)with Sensei’s Nicole and Hus Our Tuesdays for the next month or so will be combined at Caroline Springs College ( Springside Campus, Becca Way) from 6 45- 7 45pm with Sensei Tri and the gang as well Sensei Leonie and the rest of the team just like we did this Tuesday . The 3rd Kyu and above class is now combined with Senior class on Thursdays at Brookside Campus, Federation way Caroline Springs From 8- 9 15pm Apologies for inconvenience, we are doing our best. 03.01.2022 Hi all, I hope you are all doing well. The wait is nearly over. We can all return to the dojo next week. Unfortunately I have sad news. Taylors Hill Dojo is no more. The Taylors Hill's senseis want to take this opportunity to thank all the students and their families for all their hard work, loyalty and support throughout our time at Taylors Hill. ... On the other hand I have some truly awesome news. We are moving to a dedicated full time dojo at Ravenhall. Starting Tuesday the 10th November, the senseis of Taylors Hill will be teaching at Ravenhall at 7pm. Due to restrictions we are limited to only 20 students so jump on line and book your spot. Whilst you are there check out all the other great classes with fantastic instructors. Be part of history and train at the very first class on Monday 9th November. I know Ravenhall is a bit of extra travel for some people but give it a shot. Try a few classes there and see how awesome it is to train at a purpose built, dedicated dojo. You should have received an email by now details of the return and a link to the time table and booking. If you have not received the email, please let Sensei Tri or Sensei Steve know.
