23.01.2022 Reminder of the extended deadline till tonight! Its your last chance to get your tournament entries into Sensei Peter for the Kata tournament on this Sunday afternoon. The ring is a great chance to test yourself, especially with a min of 3 performances of your fav kata.

22.01.2022 Quick update The good news is that classes are on in person and kick off tonight, we have a revised class cap of 30 so we don't need to have everyone booked in any more. This may change and we will keep you posted. 16.01.2022 Dear all students, Please feel free to send your booking requests on Rod 0413 029 987 Some guidelines re booking process are set out below.... Turramurra Class Booking Guidelines: Apologies we've taken a couple of days to get these out to you all. We are very lucky to have so many awesome students who want to train and learn with us. For this coming Monday (27th) feel free to book your slots from now and these guidelines will come into play the following week (Mon 3rd Aug) Due to the popular demand of the 6-6:50 class and the current 20 student cap in place we'd like you all to follow these guidelines for both classes. - First class priority is for whites and yellow belts we'll tentatively reserve these slots till 5pm Friday - First class preference is for also for younger students please book 7-8pm class if its not to late for your situation - Bookings for the follow Monday will be opened at 9am Tuesday mornings. - Please send requests to Rod on 0413 029 987 or email to confirm your slot, he will then reply with confirmation - Waiting list will be used when either class is over booked - Rod will send a class confirmation email like below confirming who is booked in. - Cancellations, please advise Rod asap. He can then re-assign the slot to someone in the waiting list. Alternative classes: - Sat @ Turramurra with Sensei Robert 9:30-10:20am (normal) & 10:30-11:30am (Kata Class) - Tues @ Pymble 6:25-7:05pm & 7:25-8:25 Sensei Trevor - Wed @ St Ives 5:00-5:50. 6:00-6:50 & 7:00-8:00pm Sensei Bob Note: For Mon bookings James can only be contacted as a backup (0416 255 836), we found two people receiving reservation requests was tricky managing the waiting list and this could help reduce conflicting bookings. We will let you know if Rod is not going to be available for some reason. Happy to receive feedback on this process and we will evaluate how this is working in a few weeks. We were hoping the Covid restrictions of the 20 student cap would be lifted soon, but with Victoria's numbers on the rise this could be around for the foreseeable future. Regards.......James and Rod

16.01.2022 Return to the Dojo! Classes at Turramurra PS are re-commencing these school holidays Sat 4th July & Mon 6th July. We are limited to 20 per class, It’ll be first in, first served basis. Txt/msg/dm James or Rod (Mon) or Robert (Sat) to book you place.... Let us know if you have a preference for either class but I can’t guarantee you two slots in one night. Will do our best to keep families together. Members should’ve received an email from GKR HQ advising of safety precaution and other details, if you haven’t received it let us know. We are pumped to see and hear you all again face to face in the dojo. PS online dojo Zoom classes will continue for the next two Mondays 22nd and 29th of June (4-430 & 4:45-5:30pm). Check Region 1 FB group timetable for more details.
