04.01.2022 Twelve Vale Park Champions came to train this week. Welcome to Angus, who came for a trial class and has joined the GKR family. Well done to Domenic for grading to his 9th Kyu yellow top.... Welcome back to Samuel, good to see you again. This week we started the class working in a circle, going forwards and backwards with basic techniques. We finished the class doing circuit work with Kick Shields, Focus Mitts and pool noodles.
