07.01.2022 This is me at the dry needling course I attended this week! This method treats myofascial trigger points throughout the body to release tension. It's also excellent for muscle, ligament and tendon strains, sprains and tears, as it helps to increase the healing potential of the body in these areas. And I can assure you it's not at all painful. If you're interested in a treatment, simply give me a bell to discuss!

04.01.2022 This week has literally been a pain in the back for many of my clients. Tip: If you sit in an office all day, try to take a quick hourly break. Not only will this improve concentration, it will help to alleviate lower back pain. Even a short walk to the tea room will exercise your psoas muscle (hip flexor), which will reduce the muscle-shortening effect you experience while seated.

04.01.2022 Happy to be back at work this week after a couple of weeks away! One of the reasons for my absence: a medical procedure for our daughter, Maddie, who has Cystic Fibrosis. So glad to be back on deck and even more grateful to have our little girl healthy once again.
