25.01.2022 Did someone say beetroot? ??? We have stripped a patch of beetroot and have some delish loose baby beets available. Ive had a super busy day today made about 7 batches of preserved beetroot. Taste test at lunch was superb!!!!... We have plenty available. $2.50 per kg or $10 for 5kg makes a nice big batch of beets cooked and jarred.Ready to stock the cupboard for those summer salads.

24.01.2022 When you put in all the hard yards and reep the rewards. Happy customers with beaut farm fresh vegies & plenty left over for a stock pile of delish goodies. Kitchen is full of hussel and bustle.pots and pans & bottles.... Busy bèen making relishes, chutney, jams , slices , stuffed savoury boats . Fresh from the vegie patch in the morning into bottles pans or our bellies by afternoon or dinner. Supply never quiet makes it to the freezer.

No 2 week holiday going to happen around here.our new patch of Button Squash is just about ready to start picking and new patch of Zucchs not far behind them.... Thankyou for your support through summer. Ive certainly made some back bottled goodies. Relishes, chutneys , jams. Pantry looking pretty full with a great selection to choose from. We will be up for restocking you with winter goodies soon.
