25.01.2022 Under the new Victorian government regulations we are allowed 20 members in the gym however only 10 people can participate in a group activity. We have 2 bagged Muay Thai training areas plus the ring. There will be no BJJ/MMA until further notice. Direct debit memberships will be reactivated on Monday 22nd of June. For those on upfront memberships 3 months has been added to their memberships. ... We honestly can't thank those direct bebit members that were able to support us through this time, there is something small coming to you all very soon as we appreciate your generosity so much! Bookings for adults only will be required as there is 20 adult restriction. All students please bring your own gloves to class, or you can purchase gloves at the gym. We have installed a new bag storage area and will be increasing the storage area over the next couple of weeks. We ask all parents of students in the 8-14 class if you could please wait in you car while you children is training. Please keep your social distance of 1.5 meters between your self, other members and the trainers. Organic disinfectant will be used on-surfaces. If you have any cold or flu like symptoms please do not attend the gym. And most important THANK YOU for all your understanding and support during this crazy time. We miss you all and can’t wait to see you.

11.01.2022 We've been working hard preparing the new training area. With more work yet to be done before christmas, we hope you like it. By the end of the year the training floor will be over double the size and also there will be a parents seating area.
