No beginners, please! You must be an all-rounder with provable experience within a fast-moving business that requires you to be able to think for yourself. Additionally, you will be fit and not afraid of some hard labour as some days can include heavy lifting, shovelling, and repetitive tasks.... Specifically, we are looking for: * A skid steer ticket with extensive experience on the job is essential. * You'll have a minimum of a light rigid truck drivers licence. * A HC licence with experience in truck and dog operation will be highly regarded but not essential. * Excavator experience also highly regarded but again not essential. * Someone who can following instruction with attention to detail. * You must be clean and presentable. * Good written and numerical skills. * A Safety-First attitude is a must-have.
