25.01.2022 UPDATE 2: Water has been restored to affected areas. UPDATE: Water will be shut off to the Gladstone Airport due to a burst water main. The airport's emergency... response team will have access to emergency water however potable water within the airport will be unavailable. Our Water Team is currently working to restore water to the affected area. Council apologises for any inconvenience. Due to a burst water main, water has been shut off affecting residents between 38 - 68 Aerodrome Road (between Wistrari Street and Morrison Street). Our Council team are currently work to restore water. Updates will be provided, please avoid requesting updates from on-site staff as it may lead to further delays. 12.01.2022 The Festive Season at your Airport From time to time between now and Christmas you may be entertained by various groups who will be playing music and singing Christmas Carols in the Terminal Building. This year GAC will be supporting the Salvation Army in making Christmas more joyful for those who are less fortunate.... We would like to encourage visitors to the Airport, to help us, by placing cash donations in the tins provided within the terminal. Anyone wishing to donate gifts and non-perishable items for the Salvation Army, may do so, by dropping them off to the Airport Administration Building please do not wrap gifts due to Airport safety concerns.
