These are created with care from community donations, by Michelle Wilso...n at Ginger Says, into gorgeous packs for women and men who are fleeing domestic and family violence. Michelle donates her time and the lovely packaging. We then distribute them to the agencies who run the local shelters, for distribution to those in need. Donations can be dropped into Ginger Says, Goondoon Street, during business hours. We at #GladstoneCCRDFV are in awe of the generosity of people in the #GladstoneRegion! That fact that you reach out to help others means a lot. Karen Harris has dropped off some items for the male packs. Thanks Karen! We are happy to receive several items or just one item (whatever you can spare) as it will be combined with other donations to create a beautiful gift for someone going through tough times. Your many donations have lovingly been transformed into these beautiful GLAD Packs by Mic...helle from Ginger Says and today the CCRDFV had the pleasure of seeing Michelle and Bree present these beautiful packs back to the community. Shayle from Ozcare, Shannara from Roseberry Community Services Limited and Kerry and Leanne from Anglican Parish of Gladstone will ensure these packs are distributed where they are most needed.
